Pack Expo Las Vegas: Zero Tangent™ Radius Belt Curve technology

Look What Multi‐Conveyor's bringing to Las Vegas in Booth C‐2525

Multi‐Conveyor will be unveiling several technologies at the Pack Expo Las Vegas show that you surely will want to see for yourself.  We will have a Multi‐Conveyor manufactured curve conveyor with the new Zero  Tangent™ Radius Belt Curve technology (by Intralox®).  Available in belt widths from 7.87" to 39.37" featuring modular belt construction for improved reliability and performance, able to handle tight transfers and various radius curves. 

Benefits of the Zero Tangent Radius Belt Curve Technology include: 

  • Save floor space...24" inside radius regardless of belt width. This is especially compelling on the 24", 32" & 40" belt widths.   
  • Maintain product orientation...on all typical modular plastic belts the inside edge of the belt collapses as it enters the curve and then expands again at the exit of the curve. This belt movement causes packs to skew or lose relationship with each other when 2 lanes of product are being conveyed.   
  • High speeds...up to 295 FPM. 
  • Heavy loads...belt pull of 907 lbs/ft belt width 

Also on display will be a conveyor loop running that includes the following capabilities to showcase just a few of Multi‐Conveyor's core product offerings:

  • Product bump turn conveyor: rotate your products 90⁰ with the most simplistic of orientation methods. 
  • Plastic chain conveyance: Modular plastic chain conveyors offer straight running or side flexing features with horizontal, incline or decline configurations.

  • ARB (Activated Roller Belt™) conveyor designs:  ARB's are used to merge, sort, divert, transfer or change the direction, alignment, location, and speed of an item independently without using rails or complicated mechanical devices that require guarding and controls. 
  • Incorporated PanelView Plus (Rockwell Automation/A‐B) touch screen conveyor controls :   Control all sections of your conveyor from one easy to navigate touch screen system.
