Vibrating Conveyor
Product settling is commonly used to shift product for even distribution within the designated bag or packaging container for optimum case packing or pallet stacking. Multi-Conveyor has built product settling systems for large bulk bag containers that may have shifted product in transport; for smaller individual food processing product to help remove excess particles prior to packaging; and for many open case product filled applicaitons that need settling to achieve a level sealing surface ... to name just a few.
The product settling process is actually achieved below the belting. The process is achieved by using a series of square shafts that are strategically placed in an offset position underneath the flat top belting, which causes the motion required for the settling process.
