Upfront technical support is a key component that Multi-Conveyor provides with each application. It's what sets us apart. From design stage through the entire build process, to installation, our project management, engineering and electrical teams are at your side. Here's a short list of what you can expect when you work with Multi-Conveyor.
Technical Support:
- E-mail your Project Manager (PM) with all of your questions or concerns
- Phone conversations with mechanical or electrical engineers (determined by PM)
- On-site service (warranty or paid) is determined by our engineering recommendations
- If you worked with one of our esteemed representatives or distributors, they are generally qualified to assist with technical support issues.
Service:
- On-site installation service - mechanical & electrical (terms apply)
- Start-up assistance (terms apply)
Warranty:
· Five years on most parts and manufactured components
· Purchased components: Manufacturer’s warranty is passed onto the customer
· A copy of the Multi-Conveyor warranty is available upon request
